TechCrunch is reporting that Google’s ad network paid an employee $1.8 million last year.
Google Adwords, the company’s ad product, employs more than 200,000 people worldwide.
The job description on the Google ad network website is a bit more specific, listing “Advertising Manager, Business Development, Analytics, Digital Marketing, Online Marketing, Search, Analytics & Data Scientist.”
Google also mentions that the job is “in the top tier of positions at Google” and includes a list of “Advantage, Expertise, Experience and/or Specialty Skills.”
The job posting includes a link to the company website.
The job is also listed as a Google Partner position.
Google’s spokesperson for Advertising, AdWords, and Digital Marketing said that the company does not comment on individual job titles.

Google does not provide a salary breakdown for its employees in its advertising division, but its employees do receive a severance package that includes a bonus.
The compensation is based on years of experience, the website states.
According to Google’s compensation policy, employees in the advertising division are eligible for a bonus based on “experience in digital marketing and digital advertising.”
Google’s employees who have received severance can apply for it, but employees can also apply for severance by completing a short application for “Employee Benefits.”
Google employees who are not eligible for severances can receive them in the form of “cash, travel, meals, or other benefits,” the website says.
